What is your returns policy?
We want you to love our tea as much as we do!  If not, we’ll happily process a refund. Please send your unopened item back to us within 10 business days from the date of order received. The cost of return shipment will be your own. Once we receive your returned item we will check the condition of the items. If they have been opened, in poor condition or unsaleable we reserve the right to deny a refund. 

My order was damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Of course! Send us an email with all the details and we will be in touch. Please ensure that you have photographic evidence of any breakages as we will require images of the breakage/damage to process your refund or replacement.

How do I return/exchange items from my order?
Drop us an email to chat about it at hello@theteacrowd.com.au. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for assessment from there.
