Do you have milk?
I get asked this a lot and these days I'm generally a 'no milk' person. Milk is always down to personal preference and it can be a great way to change up your regular blends.
When I'm in the mood, one of my favourites is a 'London Fog' Earl Grey Latte. Think refreshing citrus, bold black tea and the delicious combo of honey and vanilla. Sound good? Read on for the recipe!

Also use a milk that gets a good froth to be creamy and smooth. Cow, oat, coconut - whatever your preference is. Almond sometimes lacks the ability to froth well and you can try adding half a teaspoon of melted coconut oil before frothing to help.

'London Fog' Earl Grey Latte
Ingredients - Serves 2
- 2 teaspoons Earl Grey tea (Dapper Duke for sure!)
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Make sure to use a good quality vanilla extract and be aware of fake imitations. The difference in flavour is huge!
Also use a milk that gets a good froth to be creamy and smooth. Cow, oat, coconut - whatever your preference is. Almond sometimes lacks the ability to froth well and you can try adding half a teaspoon of melted coconut oil before frothing to help.
Method
- Brew Earl Grey tea and divide into two cups
- Froth your milk, vanilla and honey together in a milk frother or saucepan
- Add milk mixture evenly to Earl Grey cups
- Serve immediately
Happy brewing,
Jodie x
